Preservation Of Culture
Sulli will work closely with local non-profit organizations to preserve Hawaiian land and culture. He will assist in attaining sufficient funding for initiatives that focus on the preservation of cultural heritage, traditions, and historical sites.

Sulli is dedicated to stimulating the island's economy and supporting small businesses. He will work towards the elimination of the General Excise Tax (GET) to reduce the financial burden on businesses. Furthermore, he will provide grants and funding opportunities specifically tailored to support new businesses in the district. Additionally, he will promote and support the growth of local agriculture to enhance economic sustainability.
Sulli will collaborate with local government agencies and communities to develop comprehensive risk management strategies. This includes preparing for natural disasters, creating disaster plans, and implementing contingency plans to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. Additionally, he will provide expertise in budgeting, audits, and financial management to help manage profits and losses effectively.

Kurt Sullivan, also known as Sulli, is the ideal candidate for running for State Senate in District 3 due to his exceptional qualifications and notable achievements. As a specialist in risk management, he has extensive experience working with both government and private sector entities, including the Civil Defense agency and Hawaii County Liquor Control. This background equips him with a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities involved in managing and mitigating risks.
Furthermore, Kurt Sullivan has demonstrated his commitment to public service through his volunteer work as a member of the Hawaii County Tax Board of Review. This experience has given him valuable insights into the tax system and the ability to make informed decisions that benefit the community.
